We offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you explore how our services can support you. To schedule your appointment, simply book through our secure Jane portal or email us at info@annasalomon.com.

Payment is due at the beginning of each session. We accept credit card payments only. A credit card must be kept on file through the secure portal to access any services. An itemized receipt will be provided for insurance or tax purposes, which you can submit for reimbursement if applicable. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding payment options.

All of our team members are licensed healthcare practitioners, and we also collaborate with supervised therapists and professionals in training as part of our commitment to education and mentorship in the field of sexual and relational health.

Your first session will involve an assessment of your concerns and goals. Together, we’ll determine the best approach for your individualized treatment plan.

Sessions are between 50-75 minutes long depending on your health care practitioner and your treatment plan. Sessions may be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as needed. Scheduling is dependent on the practitioner and can be adjusted over time.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid being charged. To reschedule or cancel, please email the clinic at info@annasalomon.com. The full session fee applies to late cancellations or missed appointments.

While most of our health care practitioners are not covered by OHIP, many private health insurance plans offer coverage for psychological services. Fees may also be tax-deductible as a medical expense or classified as a business or employee benefit.

Yes, our sessions are confidential, with a few exceptions as outlined by the Professional College of each practitioner. These exceptions will be reviewed in your first session and stated in a written consent form prior to commencement of treatment. While our team offers the opportunity for collaborative multidisciplinary care, confidentiality is always kept a priority. To release or obtain information from any clinician, a written consent form must be signed before collaborative care can begin.

It means our clinicians work collaboratively across specialties—psychology, psychotherapy, social work, naturopathic medicine, sexual and reproductive health, psychiatry, nutrition, and physiotherapy—to offer holistic care that considers the full picture of your health and relationships.

Yes. Many of our clients benefit from coordinated care—for example, working with a psychologist and a pelvic floor physiotherapist, or combining therapy with naturopathic or psychiatric support. We tailor care based on your needs and comfort.

No referral is needed. You’re welcome to reach out directly, and we can guide you through the best starting point. Some insurance providers may require a referral for reimbursement—please check with yours.
