Empowering Sexual and Relational Health Across Ontario and Quebec

Anna & Salomon
A TRIBUTE TO
This practice is inspired by the extraordinary love story of Anna and Salomon, two Holocaust survivors who found each other in Paris after the war. Salomon always said he fell in love with Anna because of her French fries, but the true foundation of their bond was built on shared resilience, deep connection, and mutual respect.
Despite the unimaginable hardships they faced, their relationship was a constant source of strength. Even in moments of disagreement, they never backed away from conflict. Instead, they listened, sought understanding, and made compromises—always putting their love and partnership first.
Anna and Salomon’s story is a powerful reminder that, even in the face of life’s greatest challenges, a relationship can flourish through trust, communication, and a commitment to growth.
Growing up with Anna and Salomon as my cherished grandparents, I always felt surrounded by love, warmth, respect, and care. Their story inspired me to seek my own true love, and I hope it encourages you to do the same.
